Times Zones — a member of the Linh Nam Ecosystem — is finalizing the standardization of its floor model and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at 114 Nguyen Cuu Van, Gia Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This lays the groundwork to ensure consistent quality and risk control before scaling up in Da Nang.
Standardizing the function of each floor
This standardization clearly defines the function of each floor — from hot-desks, fixed seats, private offices and meeting rooms to the product display area. The Co-Living model (lodging for experts and digital nomads) is in preparation and opening soon.
Alongside function, the company standardizes spatial layout, service capacity, shared utilities (electricity, water, high-speed internet, reception, pantry, sanitation) and brand identity across the whole site. The goal is for every floor to operate consistently, be easy to measure, and deliver a seamless member experience.
Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
In parallel with the spatial model, Times Zones has refined standard procedures for the entire member journey: a free scheduled tour (hot-desk day-pass VND 150,000/day), package consulting and quotation, transparent contracts with refundable deposits, and onboarding to receive an access card and join the community.
Operations are standardized: 24/7 card access, reception 08:00–17:30, regular in-house fire-safety checks and personal-data protection under current regulations. Business support services — help with company procedures, referrals to accounting and tax services, digital signatures, marketing and event organization — are also standardized for consistent handover.
Standardize first, expand later
A Times Zones representative said that building a complete operating template at 114 Nguyen Cuu Van helps the company control quality, cost and risk while shortening rollout time when replicating. “Once the floor model and procedures are standardized and proven in practice, we can quickly copy them to a new site while fully preserving the member experience,” the representative shared.
The standards distilled from the 114 site will serve as the reference framework for the Da Nang project (179 Tran Hung Dao, Da Nang) — a project preparing to open. The “standardize first, expand later” approach lets the new site operate to the same standard as 114.
