CD Restop Suối Tiên — The First Point in a Green Social Infrastructure Rest Stop Network
Continuing our mission to serve the community and realize a vision of prosperous, sustainable lives for workers, CD Restop Social Infrastructure Investment JSC — a key member of the Linh Nam Ecosystem — announces the groundbreaking of the CD Restop Suối Tiên Rest Stop at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, scheduled to open in Q2/2026.
Strategic Location — HCMC Eastern Gateway
CD Restop Suối Tiên is located on Hanoi Highway, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City — a critical junction between HCMC and the southeastern provinces. With daily traffic of over 500,000 vehicles, this location is the natural connection point for long-haul drivers, travelers, and the EV transition community.
5-Space Integrated Model
Unlike traditional rest stops, CD Restop Suối Tiên operates on a "Multi-amenity destination" model with 5 functional spaces designed to a unified 5-star standard:
- ⚡ EV DC Fast Charging Station: EVIA ZDDC160BG chargers at 160–240 kW, 4 multi-standard stations (CCS2 · GB/T · CHAdeMO · Type2) for EVs, e-scooters and commercial vehicles. Solar panel canopy reduces grid consumption by 30%.
- ☕ F&B & GOMO Convenience Store: Specialty coffee bar, pastries, beverages, GOMO Combo Mart with regional specialties and 3 stabilized-price combos.
- 🛋️ Premium Lounge: Premium sofas, workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, entertainment TV — for EV-charging customers and long-haul drivers.
- 🛏️ Rest Pods: Private sleep pods with curtains, reading lights, power outlets — safe rest solution for long-haul drivers, 2–4h hourly rentals.
- 🚻 5-Star Restrooms: Hotel-standard, premium wood-and-stone design, accessible stalls, automatic hand dryers and sanitizer dispensers.

Expected Impact
Upon operation in Q2/2026, CD Restop Suối Tiên will:
- Serve 50,000+ drivers and customers annually — focusing on long-haul drivers transitioning to EVs
- Reduce emissions by ~50 tons of CO₂/year through solar power and EV charging
- Create 50+ direct jobs for local workers
- Become a model rest stop for the 200+ point expansion along the North-South expressway by 2030
Toward HOSE IPO 2030
CD Restop Suối Tiên is one of two pilot projects of the 5-year expansion strategy (2026–2030). After completing the 200+ Restop network covering the North-South expressway, CD Restop will prepare for IPO listing on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE). Investment opportunities are currently open for both individual investors (via CDR Fund from 100M VND) and institutions (Project-level Investment from 500M VND, Corporate Bonds from 1B VND).
