CD Restop & Cienco 68: Synergy for Suoi Tien Rest Stop Development

(Ho Chi Minh City, February 6, 2026) – As part of the 2026-2030 green infrastructure expansion strategy, CD Restop Social Infrastructure Investment JSC held a high-level meeting with Cienco68's leadership. The meeting marked a pivotal turning point: green transformation of transport land reserves to build a comprehensive Social Rest Stop Network.

From Land Potential to Net Zero Green Ecosystem

In the global energy transition, land along transport routes is not just a physical asset but "black gold" if properly utilized for green transformation. Understanding this, CD Restop partners with Cienco68 to convert existing land reserves into CD Restop Module A & B rest stops:

  • End-to-end charging infrastructure: High-power DC fast charging stations serving CD Go's green transport fleets and personal EVs.
  • Renewable energy: Maximum use of canopy area for solar panels, providing clean energy for onsite amenities.

"Social Goods" — Core Value Behind the Numbers

The partnership goes beyond technical infrastructure. With support from strategic partners like Thanh Dat and the GOMO supply chain, these rest stops will become "Micro Social Supermarkets":

  1. 5-star nutritious meals at affordable prices — supplied by Thanh Dat chain with strict hygiene control.
  2. Origin-price goods (F2C) — eliminating intermediaries, delivering farm-fresh products 10-15% cheaper than market.
  3. Community connection point — where drivers rest, restore health and access micro-financial services from CEP Fund onsite.

Sustainable Implementation Roadmap

CD Restop leadership affirms: "Green transformation of Cienco68's land is not only an economic calculation with impressive 90-100%/year ROIC, but more importantly creates a social infrastructure legacy. We are building 'charging stations' for both vehicles and people together."

After completing field surveys in Q1/2026, both parties will pilot the first model in key areas like Hau Nghia (Long An) and HCMC gateway routes, before scaling nationwide toward 2030 green coverage targets.
